Return, Refund or Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange is no more a hassle with Mayaar store. Please keep your invoice safe in order to smoothly process the return, refund or exchange. We are here to facilitate the genuine needs to return or exchange the product within 07 days of receiving the product.

  1. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return, refund or exchange request on the whatsapp # +92-300-377 9191 or by calling Mayaar customer center within 07 days.
  2. For selected categories, we accept a “Change of Mind” Men’s Fashion, Women’s Fashion, Men’s bags, Women’s bags, Luggage & Suitcase, Bedding, and Bath. Exceptions are women’s intimate apparel, men’s innerwear, swimwear, eyewear, jewelry, watches, duffel bags, and shoe-care.
  3. For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, seller warranty or brand warranty could be given by the seller. For seller warranty, please contact the seller. The contact details of the seller can be found on the invoice

Valid reasons to return an item:

  • Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)
  • Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on the website) / incomplete (missing parts)
  • Delivered Product is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package) – eligible for selected products only

Conditions for Returns

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn
  2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories (if any)
  3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Mayaar.Store packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box

NOTE: It is important to send Mayaar invoice back along with the product returning.

If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Note: If your return has been rejected, it will be sent back to you within 3-5 working days. If you fail to receive the item within 3 attempts, it will be sent to scrap.

How to return a product?

  • Send the invoice number to Mayaar customer service center through WhatsApp
    +92-300-3779191 with a reason mentioned for the return.
  • Mayaar representative after evaluating the return or exchange request would provide the confirmation for returning the product to Mayaar office.
  • If the ticket raised with Mayaar representative is to exchange the product, then Mayaar team will ensure the delivery of replaced products within 3-5 days of receiving the returned product in the office.
  • If the ticket raised with Mayaar representative is to return the product and to order some new product then a credit voucher will be shared to use at checkout page while placing a new order with
  • If the ticket raised with Mayaar representative is to get the refund, then the amount will be transferred back through JazzCash / EasyPaisa or through bank account within 07 days.
  • Pack your return package securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging as delivered to you. Pack your Mayaar invoice with the product when sending back to Mayaar office as the return will only be processed if the invoice is kept safe.

TVs, Audio & Cameras Movies and Music cannot be returned
Computing & Gaming All software products that are labeled as non-returnable on their product detail pages
Home & Living Custom made items cannot be returned
Beauty & Health All items in this category, except for hair removal and other electronical items
Grocer’s Shop All items in this category
Pet Supplies All items in this category
Digital Goods Digital goods are any goods that are stored, delivered and used in its electronic format. All items in this category are non-returnable once purchased and delivered, unless it is of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose and as described by the seller.
